Returns:

  • We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Perishable goods like fresh snacks, pickles, and dried fish are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Refunds:

Do you deliver on public holidays?

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that deliveries on public holidays may be subject to delays due to courier service schedules. For urgent deliveries, we recommend placing your orders in advance.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

yes ,we deliver through amazone shipping,xpressbees,ecom express etc.. serve almost all pincodes in india

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Sorry we cant serve next day delivery ,Because all courier partners take  3-5 days in south indian zone and 4-7 in north zones to deliver

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

No,not needed
